Refund Policy

Per-Giveaway Purchases

When you purchase a one-time giveaway, processing begins immediately after payment. Because third-party API costs are incurred as soon as your giveaway starts running, we cannot offer refunds for completed or in-progress giveaways.

When We Do Refund
  • Technical failure: If your giveaway fails to complete due to an error on our end, you will receive a full refund
  • Payment error: If you were charged incorrectly or charged twice, we will refund the erroneous charge
  • Service not delivered: If your giveaway was paid for but never processed, you will receive a full refund
When We Cannot Refund
  • The giveaway completed successfully but you are unsatisfied with the results
  • You entered the wrong post URL or incorrect giveaway settings
  • The post was deleted or made private after you started the giveaway
  • No eligible winners were found (e.g., no commenters met your follow/like/tag requirements)
Monthly Subscriptions

Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your Account page. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
  • You retain access to all subscription features until that date
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation
  • We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period

Subscription refunds: If you subscribed by mistake or were unable to use the Service due to a technical issue on our end, contact us within 7 days and we will review your refund request on a case-by-case basis.

Free Tier

The free tier has no charges, so no refund applies. If your free giveaway fails due to a technical issue, we will reset your monthly free giveaway allowance so you can try again.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at hello@giveawaypicker.com with:

  • Your account email address
  • The date of the charge
  • A description of the issue

We aim to respond to refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
